Office Manager. International Jewelry Design Company - Compensation: $15.00/hr. in Meridian, Arkansas

Barrett Business services, Inc., has client with a family-owned international jewelry design business who is looking for someone with the ability to oversee all aspects of a small business.  Duties include providing accurate inventory and sales figures to our overseas manufacturing facility, general office tasks, calculating State & Federal taxes, payroll, accounts receivable and collections.  The ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues is a big plus. Ideally we are looking for someone with an artistic eye, who can perform general office duties, write copy and design marketing materials for email and social media.   The person we are looking for needs to be a highly organized multi-tasker, but detail oriented and flexible at the same time.  They must have the ability to problem solve and self manage, and be professional in business correspondence to vendors, clients and sales representatives.  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, QB Payroll Pro xxxx, Photoshop CS5, and proficiency with social media is mandatory. Experience with content management systems and eCommerce needed. This position develops a relationship with the galleries, museums, resorts and fine jewelry stores we sell to around the world.  The right person also needs the marketing skills to expand our customer base.
